I trained in PAT at Newcastle College back in 2000. I also worked for several companies including Stoke On Trent Council before I started Pulse Electrics Pat Testing in Liverpool in 2012. Pulse Electrics grew into a very reputable business covering the North West of England, Manchester, and parts of North Wales.
